I finished it, I stuck to it strictly. I started out as 76kg, and finished at 64kg. I lost 12kg 26 pounds. It was tough, it was probably the most difficult diet ever. I decided to do it because I was experimenting with pro-ana diets as a quick fix, I soon got addicted and went from diet to diet. Let me just say, although the weight loss was great, my health was not. By the end of the diet I was hospitalised, lost my menstruation cycle, and could not sleep.
I collapsed twice on this diet, and by the second week was not able to sleep. It wasnt copying well, my heart was always racing, I felt drained of energy, yet I was determined to finish the diet till the very last day. Even though I went back to eating normally, it took me three whole months to get my period back.
I do NOT recommend this. Its worth waiting. I want to highlight that my BMI was in the healthy range and yet I still stopped having my period.
