We only require a one-year commitment for the Monthly Family Plan, and there is no commitment period for the Individual Plan. With an iFIT Family subscription, you can add up to four secondary users five total users to your account, and each user will have access to all of the same features you do.

However, their login info, workouts, statistics, and goals will be separate from your account and any other secondary account. You will not be able to add secondary users if you have an Individual Plan. This way, your real-time workout data will be synced. During workouts, your iFit trainer or the Google Maps location you are exploring can automatically adjust your machine. It will change your resistance, incline or speed depending on the machine you are using.

This is available on every iFit-enabled NordicTrack, ProForm and Freemotion machine, including the bikes , treadmills , elliptical machines , and rowers. You can download the Fusion app on the Portal 10i tablet which is included with the purchase. It will teach you how to get the most out of your strength and cardio sessions on the Fusion CST with help from personal trainers for beginners to advanced levels.

The trainers set the pace and automatically adjust the resistance of the machine for you. You will be billed once every 30 days and can cancel your subscription at any time. Interested in a different NordicTrack or ProForm machine? Anything that helps you stick to a workout routine is worth the investment. Throw in the live schedule and this adds the immediacy that some people need to schedule a workout at a specific time with their favorite trainer each day.

As with any app, t here are going to be some issues to consider. Customer service is our top concern here. But as demonstrated by recent updates, the brand is starting to listen to their customers more and more.

Issues with app usability is something we think is being addressed too. You can see how the brand is adding new features and updating content all the time. The addition of the live schedule and leaderboard is an example of this. Overall, we would say that iFit is definitely worth the investment when used in combination with an iFit-enabled machine. This is where the magic happens. The auto-adjust feature where the iFit trainer ramps up your resistance or speed throughout your workout brings your on-machine routines to a whole new level.

Usability is going to be improved with future updates and feature additions, but iFit really shines when used in combination with an iFit-enabled machine. Check out our reviews of the best iFit-enabled machines on the market today below. Hi Dawn, iFit does not sync or connect to other fitness apps as the iFit app itself has its own comparable features.

You can find out more about the different iFit features on their website. I am wondering if it is possible to do an iFit video workout over again?

If I have 'joined' a video workout and completed it, am I able to "join" it at a later date to do it again? I noticed that once you click the 'JOIN' button it changes to 'Joined' and this seems to prevent you from choosing it a second time at a later date. I am hoping you can tell me how I can do this, as some workouts were good enough to want to do the routine again! Hi Dawn, sorry but we unfortunately don't have an answer for you. You would have to ask iFit directly.

You can chat with them on facebook and they respond quite quickly. I have this love-hate relationship with iFit. There are a myriad of reason as to why, which I hope to explain in detail. In , I began running outdoors. I've never been a huge indoor runner, but after tirelessly dragging myself to the gym to run on an overused treadmill which was sometimes available and sometimes a wait , I folded and began to research at-home options.

In February , I setup my machine and account with iFit. From February to about June was the time I really tried to embrace iFit. It was terrible. I found no runs that were built for advanced runners.

I define myself as an advanced runner because everything on the program I could find was 7 MPH or less. Overall, I prefer to have my runs minutes. I found very few workout that would last this long. With no search option, I spent far too much time goin in-and-out of different screen to try and find one that would work.

I noticed I was no longer enjoying the very limited library that I could apply to my runs and began running without iFit. I then started seeing my distance decrease from boredom. This got me back into running again and quickly saw PR results on my competitive races. With OTF not exactly fitting into my schedule all of the time, I started running again at home Feb I noticed some new features that really motivate me. There is now a filters option! You can look for intensity level , distance, duration, type of workout running, HIIT, etc , coach, and more.

This allowed me to quickly and easily locate a handful of runs that fit my "advanced" runner profile. I continued to notice that allowing the coaches to control my speed was still too slow their version for an all-out effort was about 8 MPH, and that's my base. I noticed many of the distance programs stayed around Thankfully, I can override that and didn't seem to have too much of a problem doing that since OTF has trained me pretty well to know where I need to be at and when.

There is also now a Leaderboard so you can see in real-time and post-workout how you compare to other people who have completed the same workout. Being a competitive person, I found myself speed up when I saw someone was 0. Overall, my first run with the Leaderboard on I placed 2nd. It felt pretty good to have that experience. The downside is, at the end, while I was following the instructor by stepping off the treadmill to stretch, I noticed other people on the Leaderboard continued running.

This bumped my position. I would think that once the coach ends the workout, the Leaderboard should be deactivated to keep everyone fair. On some of the shorter location-based runs, I notice that I wanted to continue running. They have beautiful video b-roll of the locations, it would be awesome to keep it going in a loop like a screensaver until I finish my run.

If this is not possible due to some reasons they come up with, it would be great to have the option to add manual workout so that I can be redirected to that screen with all my stats carried over. Hi TJ, thanks for sharing your experience with iFit! We are glad to hear that you find the leaderboard feature useful. This is after all. Google Fit, Strava, Runkeeper, Fitbit When can we see this integration? It's the biggest shortcoming of this software.

Agree with Dave Sullivan above: the fact ifit has seen fit to stop integration with the other apps a lot of people use is stopping me going for this. If the ifit smart treadmills gave the option of using eg Zwift, uploading workouts to Strava, or using it for an ifit workout, then I would go for it. Hi Jeff, this will depend on your treadmill. Some treadmills allow you to do this, but you would have to consult your treadmill manual.

I bought Proform i with iFit 5 months before. I did not activate or subscribe iFit, 'usually continue without Login'. But yesterday iFit took me to Logon page with no 'Skip Login' option. You can live chat with ProForm and they will be able to give you step by step instructions on how to access manual mode on your treadmill.

You can find more info on iFit's website. How did you mirror it on your apple TV? Is there a way to cast the screen or apple play? I have bought a Nordic track treadmill last week. How do I activate the one year free iFit subscription? Hi Rosemarie, did you receive an activation code with your treadmill? You can contact NordicTrack's support if you need one. Do I need any extra equipment to be able to use the IFit program? Hi there, is there way i start workout using WEB ifit not the app on my phone?

I want to use my laptio , log into ifit. Hi Hassan, there is a web version of iFit. You can log in on their website to access the library. Do I need to purchase a treadmill that has ifit or ifit coach with it in order for me to get this feature?
